1. Overview & Eligibility
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is strictly required to complete your return.
⚠️ Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent directly to our facility.
2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items (Intimate Apparel)
Due to strict hygiene and sanitary regulations, certain items are completely exempt from being returned.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances for intimate apparel, including but not limited to:
- Underwear
- Socks
Once the packaging for these items has been opened, handled, or the seal is broken, they cannot be returned.
3. Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (at our discretion):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during special promotional events are eligible for refunds as long as they meet the standard return criteria and are not intimate apparel.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on its condition.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days (depending on your financial institution).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again to confirm.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account statement.
- Contact your bank. There is often a standard processing time before a refund is officially reflected.
If you have completed all of these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact our support team at support@shopbestusa.com.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please send us an email at support@shopbestusa.com and mail your item to our return address listed below.
7. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund directly to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
💡 Recommendation: If you are returning items of higher value, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like USPS, UPS, or FedEx) or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
